Data processed and source
When you contact CJL Corporate, the data you choose to provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, the subject of your enquiry and your message. The website form prepares a message in your email application: no data entered is stored by the website before it is sent. The hosting provider may process technical connection data strictly required for the website’s operation and security.
Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to review and respond to your enquiry, arrange a possible meeting and follow up correspondence. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, CJL Corporate’s legitimate interest in managing relationships and incoming enquiries, or compliance with its legal obligations.
Recipients
Data is accessible only to authorised persons within CJL Corporate and, where necessary, to technical providers subject to confidentiality and security obligations. It is neither sold nor used by third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are kept for the time needed to process them and, at the latest, for three years after the last exchange. Where a relationship is established, information is kept for its duration and then archived in accordance with statutory retention periods and CJL Corporate’s applicable obligations.
Cookies and display preference
The website uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tool. Your choice of light or dark mode is stored only in your browser’s local storage so that your display preference is remembered.
Your rights
Under Monegasque Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024, and subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, object to processing, exercise data portability rights and withdraw consent. Send your request to contact@cjl.mc. You may also lodge a complaint with Monaco’s Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP).
